When Can I Apply

Who Can Apply
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Be a citizen of the United States (or have residency)*
- Have accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior
What Do I Need To Apply
- Application Fee: $40 (nonrefundable)
- Completed application
- A photo of your driver’s license or other valid ID
- Digital passport style photo
- A copy of your high school or college transcript or GED
- References: 1 Pastoral, 1 Professional, 1 Personal
- Background check

Complete the online application which includes:
submitting a passport style photo
and a $15 nonrefundable application fee.

Tuition for the Fall of 2023 is $1000.
Tuition should be paid in full by September 3, 2023.

Make sure you have read all of the requirements before beginning the online application.
In order to complete your application, you will need to list three references: one pastoral, one professional and one personal. Please make sure to list an accurate email address for each of your references. We also recommend following up with your references to make sure that they complete the reference form in a timely manner.

interview
After we receive your completed application, you may be contacted to set up an interview with a USM staff member. In this case, you will be notified within 2 to 4 weeks after the interview regarding your admission’s decision.

deposit + tuition
A nonrefundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your admission to the school. Your admissions letter from USM does not secure your seat in class; your deposit does.
Tuition for the 2023-2024 school year is $5000 to be paid in full by August 15, 2023. This covers all classes, books, and the Fall Retreat. Tuition does not cover living expenses while in Dallas.
