Who Can Apply?
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Be a citizen of the United States (or have residency)*
- Have accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior
What Do I Need To Apply?
- Application Fee: $40 (nonrefundable)
- Completed application
- A photo of your driver’s license or other valid ID
- Digital passport style photo
- A copy of your high school or college transcript or GED
- References: 1 Pastoral, 1 Professional, 1 Personal
- Background check

Tuition for each Phase of USM Online is $1200 and must be paid in full before each Phase begins

Make sure you have read all of the requirements before beginning the online application.
In order to complete your application, you will need to list three references: one pastoral, one professional and one personal. Please make sure to list an accurate email address for each of your references. We also recommend following up with your references to make sure that they complete the reference form in a timely manner.

interview
After we receive your completed application, you will be contacted to schedule an interview with the USM admissions team. Once your interview is complete, you will be notified within 2 to 4 weeks regarding your admissions decision.

deposit + tuition
A nonrefundable deposit of $500 is required to secure your admission to the school. Your admissions letter from USM does not secure your seat in class; your deposit does.
Tuition for the 2026-2027 school year is $5000 to be paid in full by July 31st, 2026. This covers all classes, books, and the Fall Retreat. Tuition does not cover living expenses while in Dallas.
